A short list of our staff, along with their contribution to APS follows:

Tyler Sweet, PLS – President and Owner – Tyler is the founder of APS Survey & Mapping actively works on projects, maintains the business, and works to keep the company focused on our clients and client’s needs.

Scott Edwards, PLS, MBA – Vice President and Owner – Scott came to APS in 2009 and has become an integral member of our staff, providing project management, quality control and innovation to APS.

Mike Hotes, PLS – Mike brought his talents as a surveyor and cartographer to APS in 2004. He is a project manager and specializes in Land Title Surveys and complex property/easement resolution.

Matt Galdo – CADD Manager – Matt has been with APS since its inception in 1999. His genius for mapping and CADD mapping in particular were recognized in 1998 by the National Society of Professional Surveyor (NSPS) in association with ACSM in the category of Map/Plat Design. This “BEST IN THE U.S.” award continues to be reflected in all the work he and his team do.

Piper Lee Pugh – Office manager & Accounting – Piper began working at APS in 1999, and has steered our office over the years with firm procedures and support. Her guiding watch and dedication to APS has been a cornerstone of our company’s success.

Other Working Relationships

Because no single company can do it all, APS Survey & Mapping has developed strong working relationships with other companies. We regularly work with an aerial and LiDAR mapping company to provide an expanded range of services. APS also works with a subsurface utility locating and non-destructive potholing company to provide our clients with an additional level of utility mapping. Having completed hundreds of projects together, we have the ability to work as a single team.

Since our beginning in 1999, we have focused on our clients by providing rapid response to their requests, quality AutoDESK mapping, and a team approach to every project with our clients at the center. During this current recession, we have reinvested in our staff and updated our equipment. The commit to innovation and personnel enables us to provide outstanding service to our clients. From our office in Bellevue, Washington; we offer surveying and mapping throughout the State of Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Our staff of four Professional Land Surveys, ten field surveyors, and three CADD technicians; are uniquely qualified to provide surveying and mapping.
